New UK Pre-paid Travel Money Card Now Available for Holiday Spending

Lloyds TSB has launched a pre-paid travel money card, for holidaymakers who want a safe and easy way to spend money overseas.
The Visa card, which costs £7.50, can be pre-loaded with either euros or dollars worth up to £3,000.
It can then be used like a regular debit card anywhere in Europe or the US, and can be topped up over the phone or online.
If the card is lost or stolen, it can be replaced and the money refunded. Beware, however, that cash withdrawals will be charged at £1.50 a go.
